Accessibility in Salesforce
2:00pm Thursday 14 November (Stream Two)
Salesforce is leading in the CRM industry globally and is widely used in Australia, with many organisations making their journey to digital transformation. Salesforce is built on metadata, which means one needs to be aware of what accessibility features the product offers inherently, and the extent to which it can be customised to meet the accessibility needs.
What will you learn from this session?
- Effectively utilise the native accessibility features in the Salesforce desktop and mobile applications
- Configuration methods and customisation options available for accessibility in Salesforce
- Understand the product limitations and best practices to get the most out of the platform
- General accessibility tips and guidelines for industry partner clouds using Salesforce as the base
If you are in the Salesforce ecosystem or intending to join in the future, you will find this session informative regardless of the role you play. Let’s leverage the platform capabilities without trading off the aesthetics of the UI and deliver a great Salesforce solution.
